Riverside, Calif. – The University of Redlands men's and women's cross-country programs finished 10th and 5th place respectively at the UC Riverside Invitational.
The Bulldog women scored 159 points with an average team time of 19:01 in the 5K. The men scored 280 points with an average team time of 28:21 in the 8K.
The Bulldogs top female finisher was Isabella Glenn (Sr., Seattle, Wash.) who finished 4th in 17:59.7. The top male finisher was Alejandro Ayala (FY, Fontana, Calif.) who came in 73rd in 27:22.7.
Joining Glenn in the top-10 on the women's side was first-year Chloe Bullock who finished ninth with a time of 18:28.1. Alexis Wallace (Sr., Orangevale, Calif.) joined Glenn and Bullock as top-20 finishers, placing 20th in 18:45.0.
The Bulldogs next competition is Saturday, October 2 at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic in Louisville, Ky.
