It was announced earlier today that the University of Redlands women's tennis program earned recognition as an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team while also generating four ITA All-Academic Scholar-Athletes for 2018-19.

The Bulldogs' nine-member team joined forces for a collective grade-point average (GPA) of 3.20 or higher to gain this distinction for the seventh year in a row.

Individually, seniors Elizabeth Johnson (Portland, OR) and Kate Dolan (St. Louis, MO), and first-years Halle Martinucci (Burlingame, CA) and Danya Wallis (Poulsbo, WA) represent the Bulldogs among the elite list of Scholar-Athletes.  Johnson becomes a four-time All-Academic selection, while Dolan gains the prestigious honor for the third time.  In order to qualify, these student-athletes must have completed a minimum of two semesters at Redlands while recording a GPA of 3.50 or higher during the 2018-19 academic year.
