Redlands Women's Golf Slated No. 1 on Golfstat Preseason Rankings

After an extremely successful fall season, the University of Redlands women's golf team sits first on the most recent Golfstat Division III Top-25 Rankings with an adjusted scoring average of 74.67. The Bulldogs own a comparative record of 189/190 with a relative percent of 97.70%.

In addition, the Bulldogs boast four student-athletes among the Individual Top 20 for the most by a single school.  Four other Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) programs, including Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges, Pomona-Pitzer Colleges, Whittier College, and Chapman University, are represented among the elite list with three or fewer individuals.

Leading the Bulldogs, first-year Hannah Jugar (Chula Vista, CA) takes the No. 2 spot on the individual poll with a 73.37 adjusted scoring average. Junior Annie Hay (University Place, WA) places eighth, sophomore Kendall Nicholson (Bellevue, WA) is tabbed 14th, while junior Mackenzie Kelly (Eastvale, CA) follows close behind in 17th, all with adjusted scoring averages under 75.20.

Redlands has performed incredibly well during the fall season by placing first at the CA State Intercollegiate and the Bulldog Fall Invitational. Behind Kelly's first-place finish, the Maroon and Gray took second at the tri-match against CMS and Chapman.
