The No. 8 University of Redlands women's golf team took on Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges and Chapman University in a tri-match at the Tustin Ranch Golf Course. The Bulldogs remained focused through drizzly conditions to take second place on Friday afternoon.

Junior Mackenzie Kelly (Eastvale, CA) took the top spot shooting an impressive 71, just one stroke ahead of second place.

First-year Hannah Jugar (Chula Vista, CA) followed close behind snagging fourth place with a one-round total of 76.

In a three-way tie for fifth, junior Annie Hay (University Place, WA) and two CMS athletes tallied a 76 over one round.

Competing as an individual, junior Makayla Sugidono (Scottsdale, AZ) came in eighth place, shooting a 79.

Sophomore Kendall Nicholson (Bellevue, WA) and junior Mariah Moon (La Quinta, CA) rounded out the Redlands' golfers with scores of 81 and 82.

This tournament concludes the Bulldog's successful fall season. The team jumps back into action on February 3 and 4 at the Pasadena Invitational.
