U of R Women's Golf Tabbed No. 14 in First WGCA Division III Poll of the Spring

After a solid start to the spring, the University of Redlands women's golf team remains in the top 25 in the first Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Division III Poll of 2019, which was released earlier today.

Over the last two weeks, first-year Kendall Nicholson (Bellevue, WA) has stepped up her game with two solid finishes. She posted an overall score of 155 at the Redlands-CMS Invite and then won the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Tournament No. 1 with a 151 off a tournament-low 74 in the second round.

In addition, sophomore Annie Hay (University Place, WA) also performed well at the Redlands-CMS Invite by finishing one stroke behind the tournament leader with a 36-hole score of 155, Sophomore Mariah Moon (La Quinta, CA) tied for seventh place in the standings with a tally of 158.
