2018: Multi-talented competitor for the Bulldog men’s team that finished second in the SCIAC and tied-for-15^th at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships… Posted a career-best score of 4,299 points in the Heptathlon during the Mountain T’s Invitational… Won the 1000 Meters in 3:16.31 and the High Jump with a height of 5’ 10 ¾” at that meet… Also posted a career-best time of 8.43 in the 60 Hurdles at the NAU Tune-Up Meet… Reeled in USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region honors for the 60 Hurdles, High Jump, and Heptathlon… Won the 110 Hurdles in 15.61 during the opening conference meet… Also finished second in the High Jump (5’ 10 ¾”)… Earned a second-place mark of 12’ 7 ½” in the Pole Vault during the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 2… Took third in the High Jump at the third conference meet with a height of 6’ ¾”… Picked up All-SCIAC accolades in the 110 Hurdles by winning the race in 14.91… Finished seventh in the High Jump (6’ 1 ½”) and ninth in the Pole Vault (13’ 11 ¾”)… Posted a career-best mark of 5,716 points in the Decathlon at the Claremont Classic… Won the High Jump (5’ 2 ¼”) and the Pole Vault (13’ 7 ¼”)… Placed second in the Long Jump (20’ 5 ¼”) and 400 Meters (52.65)…  Also became an Outdoor All-Region selection for the 110 Hurdles…

2017:  Impressive multis competitor for the Bulldogs… Became a USTFCCCA Indoor All-Region selection in the 60 Hurdles with a time of 8.58 at the NAU Tune-Up Meet… Uncorked a blistering time of 15.13 in the 110 Hurdles during the Redlands Invite… Posted his best time of the season in the 400 Hurdles of 58.21 during the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 2… Cleared a career-best height of 13’ ¼” in the Pole Vault during the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 3… Posted a score of 4996 points in the Decathlon at the Jim Click Shootout… Earned All-SCIAC honors in the 110 Hurdles with his winning time of 15.26 during the SCIAC Championships… Also impressed in the High Jump with his career-best height of 6’ 1 ½” for fifth place… Went on to earn a time of 15.21 in the 110 Hurdles during the Redlands Final Qualifier… Repeated as a USTFCCCA All-Region honoree for outdoors in the 110 Hurdles…

2016: Talented competitor in the multis and decathlon as a second-year Bulldog… Honored as an All-West Region recipient for his time of 14.68 in the 110 Hurdles that ranked second in the region… Scored a total of 5,581 points for second place at the Claremont Classic Multis Meet… Launched his best Shot Put at 30’ ¼”, cleared his best height in the Pole Vault at 11’ 9 ¾”, and ran a solid 100 in 11.53 during this meet… Also stepped up with a career-best mark of 5’ 9 ¾” in the High Jump, and ran career-best times in the 400 (50.14) and 1500 meters (5:10.91)… Earned All-SCIAC honors in the 110 Hurdles with a third-place time of 14.94… Also contributed to the seventh-place 4x400 Relay that clocked in at 3:27.33… Won the 110 Hurdles at the SCIAC Multi-Dual Nos. 2 and 3, with respective times of 14.82 and 15.51… Also took first in the Triple Jump at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 1 with a distance of 43’ 2 ¼”… Began the season with an impressive leap of 19’ 10 ¾” in the Long Jump for his best mark of the year…

2015: Excellent hurdler and horizontal jumper for the Maroon and Gray… Recorded a pair of All-SCIAC performances at the SCIAC Championships… Finished second in the 110 Hurdles with a time of 15.31, before taking third in the 400 Hurdles with a time of 56.65… His fastest showing in the 110 Hurdles came at the Redlands Invitational where he completed the race in 15.06… Also won that event at each of the SCIAC multi-dual meets… Uncorked his fastest 400 Hurdles time of the season during the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 3 by completing the race in 56.45…
