U of R Men's Golf Moves Up to No. 23 on GCAA/Bushnell Poll

The University of Redlands men's golf team climbed one spot on the most recent Division III Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll to No. 23, as announced earlier today.  The Maroon and Gray earned 83 points, as the only team in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference to make the Top 25. 

In addition, the Bulldogs sit 21st on the Golfstat Rankings for Division III with an adjusted scoring average of 75.03.

Junior Kyle Sharp (Laguna Beach, CA) who recently was named the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Men's Golfer of the Week for the third time this season,  owns an adjusted scoring average of 73.46 off of eight rounds this spring.  His best outing of 69 came in the first round of the SCIAC No. 1 Tournament.

In addition, sophomore Joshua Fambro (Taos, NM) ranks 26th in the Nation and owns an eight-round average of 73.09, which includes a season-low of 68 during his second-place showing at the SCIAC Tournament No. 1.
