It was announced on Tuesday that junior Jake Hollander (Peterborough, NH) was recognized by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) as an NCAA Division III PING Honorable Mention All-American for his success during the University of Redlands' 2018-19 men's golf campaign.
Hollander put together a solid junior outing for the Bulldogs that resulted in a scoring average of 74.07 over 28 rounds. He finished in a tie for 39th during his inaugural appearance at the NCAA Championships with a 72-hole tally of 304 (75-78-77-74). During the Marymount Fall Invitational, he produced three rounds in the 60s, including a career-low of 66.
According to GolfStat, Hollander ranks 33rd in all of Division III with an adjusted scoring average of 74.38.
Earlier this season, he earned All-West Region and First-Team All-Conference honors.
Hollander and the Bulldogs finished second in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) and returned to the national tournament for the first time since 2014-15.
