Redlands Men's Golf Continues to Climb Rankings at No. 8

The most recent NCAA Division III Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll released today and the University of Redlands men's golf team climbed up one spot over Carnegie Mellon University (PA) to claim the No. 8 spot in the country. The Bulldogs remain the highest ranked Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) school in the standings with 329 points overall. The next closest conference school is the University of La Verne at No. 11 with 268 points.

For the season, senior Alex Stroes (San Marcos, CA) shots an average score of 73.40 through 20 rounds. He shot a low round of 67 and has sank 54 birdies on the season. In addition, junior Jake Hollander (Peterborough, NH) averages 73.57 strokes through 21 rounds with a three eagles.
