Redlands Men's Golf Ranked No. 9 on Coaches Poll, Sixth on Golfstat

The University of Redlands men's golf team climbed one spot on the most recent Division III Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll to No. 9, as announced earlier today.  The Maroon and Gray earned 285 points, which placed it 43 points ahead of the University of La Verne at No. 10.  

In addition, the Bulldogs sit sixth on the Golfstat Rankings for Division III with an adjusted scoring average of 73.70.

Senior Alex Stroes (San Marcos, CA), who recently was named the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Men's Golfer of the Week, owns a scoring average of 73.7 off of 10 rounds this spring.  His best outing of 70 came in the second round of the Las Vegas Desert Classic.

In addition, junior Jake Hollander (Peterborough, NH) owns a 10-round average of 75.1, which includes a season-low of 70 during his medalist showing at the SCIAC Tournament No. 1.
